General Terms and Conditions of Yettischool
Ing. Dagmar Hanuš Chladová, ID 65551559, Boží Dar 58, hereinafter referred to as operator.
The operator operates a skiing and snowboarding school under the name Yettischool.
The headquarters of the skiing school is at Boží Dar 58, 36262.
These general terms and conditions regulate the relationship between the operator and the customer using the services of Yettischool, hereinafter referred to as client.
- Enrollment in the course. The customer enrolls in the course through an online form on the website www.yettischool.cz, by phone, or in the school office. Reservations made in these ways are binding.
- By enrolling in the course, the customer becomes a participant in the course and is obliged to adhere to these general terms and conditions.
- Payment for the course takes place in advance or after the end of the lesson in the school office. In cash or by card. The operator reserves the right to make an exception in case of technical problems with the payment terminal.
- The price of the courses is governed by the current price list, displayed at the facility and on the school’s website.
- The client participates in the course at their own risk. They are aware that it is a sport, and there is a higher risk of injury. The client must be able to assess their health. The client must follow the instructor’s instructions. Representatives of minors will inform minors about the need to follow the instructor’s instructions. If the client does not follow the instructions, the lesson may be terminated by the instructor without a refund. A client who is evidently inappropriately dressed, equipped, or in a health condition that clearly prevents them from participating in the lesson may not be accepted into the lesson without a refund of the course fee.
- The client is obliged to adhere to the rules of the International Ski Federation (FIS) for the conduct of skiers and snowboarders on downhill slopes throughout the course.
- If the client arrives late for the scheduled lesson, the lesson will not be extended, and there is no entitlement to a discount.
- The operator reserves the right to cancel the lesson in case of illness or other serious indisposition of the instructor. In this case, the client is entitled to a full refund.
- In case of very bad weather conditions, when the lifts are not in operation, or the operator assesses the situation as unsuitable, the lesson is canceled or postponed, and the client is entitled to a full refund. Note that this does not apply to weather conditions in which skiing is possible, and the operator evaluates that such lessons make sense.
- The client is required to assert any course or individual lesson complaints personally without unnecessary delay after the end of the course or lesson. Complaints are filed in the operator’s office. Each individual complaint will be dealt with individually with the client immediately after its submission. The client’s rights are governed by Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended. Depending on the circumstances, the client is especially entitled to demand a reasonable discount on the course fee or withdraw from the contract.
- If the client is injured or ill and cannot attend the course, they must report the situation to the school office immediately, in person or by phone. They are entitled to cancellation according to the agreement and the following lines.
- The client’s personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and will not be used or disclosed anywhere.
- If the client apologizes for missing the lesson 24 hours before the start of the lesson, they are not obliged to pay any fees.
- If the client apologizes less than 24 hours before the start, the cancellation fee is 50%.
- If the client does not attend the lesson at the agreed time and does not apologize in advance, they must pay the full fee.
- Individual cases of illness or injury are resolved by agreement.
